Varshaa Lallwani is a dynamic media professional from Mumbai with over nine years of experience in television and film production. A postgraduate with a diploma in advertising, she has played a key role as associate producer in acclaimed series like Taj – Divided by Blood, Taj – Reign of Revenge, State of Siege (26/11), and State of Siege: Temple Attack.

Building on her extensive creative and production experience, she co-founded Nainam Media, a creative production house dedicated to crafting compelling stories across advertising, digital content, music, and entertainment. Through Nainam Media, she has spearheaded campaigns for prominent brands like Tecno Mobile, Kotak 811, produced the Maharashtra Force One documentary, collaborated on music videos featuring Kailash Kher, and is currently developing a slate of original content spanning advertisement, music, web, vertical and television formats.

Pankaj Kaushik is a highly accomplished media and entertainment professional with over 20 years of extensive industry experience in television, OTT, advertising, and large-scale content production. Known for his strong creative vision, production expertise, and leadership capabilities, he has established himself as a respected name in the Indian entertainment industry through years of consistent work across premium broadcast and digital platforms.

Beginning his professional journey at the age of 18, Pankaj has worked across several acclaimed television and OTT productions, contributing to some of India’s most recognized content properties including State of Siege: 26/11, Colors TV, Star Plus, along with numerous successful entertainment projects.

As the co-founder of Nainam Media, Pankaj leads the company’s production operations, overseeing high-scale executions across advertising campaigns, branded content, music videos, documentaries, digital entertainment, and original intellectual properties. His expertise lies in seamlessly managing the operational aspects of production while delivering visually compelling and commercially impactful content.

Under his leadership, Nainam Media has collaborated with leading brands such as Tecno Mobile and Kotak 811, produced the Maharashtra Force One documentary, and worked on music video productions featuring celebrated artist Kailash Kher. The company continues to expand its creative footprint through innovative storytelling formats including vertical content, web shows, mini-series, commercials, and cinematic productions.
